Remote payment failure
When you experience problems with paying for your hosting or domain with a credit card. You may get a message “Remote payment failure. Please contact our support.” The support person can check logs related to your payment and give you some more information about the failure reason. Nevertheless the most common reason for this error is failed validation for the zip code. Your need to make sure the address you have in your account matches the data that your bank has. Unfortunately if you fail to supply the correct address, your bank will reject payment attempt. You can update your details in your Client Area and simply try to pay again.
