How to Access VPN Information (Remote ID, Change Password)

Need your VPN Access information?

Just log in to your account and change it from the product area. Here’s what you can do:

You can change your VPN password, access your remote ID (IKEv2), local ID (IKEv2), pre-shared key (L2TP), premade openVPN configuration files from your user account.

How to Log in:

  1. Open your ‘Client Area’ on our website.
  2. Navigate to ‘My Products & Services’. 
  3. Select ‘Product Details’. From here you will see all your VPN account details – including your service registration and expiration date.
  4. Locate your VPN Access Information. (Please see the image below.)
